Good accommodation, that's all. At the Seascape, we have everything you might need for a week's stay or weekend. We open quietly in the middle of May and close with a bang on the last weekend of October when hanggliders from all over the East come to fly at the Seascape and enjoy the Halloween festivities in Provincetown. If we are already filled for that weekend, we will refer you to a neighboring motel and you can still watch the flying. It is quite a sight.
After thirty years of running the Seascape, owner/manager Chuck Nyhan will make your visit memorable.

The bedroom facing the bay has one double bed, sofa bed and sitting area. The second bedroom has two double beds. The kitchenette has a two-burner countertop, under counter refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker and toaster. Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware are provided in their own cabinets. Each unit has a picnic table and you may bring your grill. Towels and linens are provided and you may change them as needed. The units have central heating and TV with HBO in each room.
Efficiency Kitchen
In season, the efficiencies are rented from Saturday to Saturday with some Sunday to Sunday rentals. Rates are quoted for up to four adults or two adults and up to four children under 16 years. Additional guests are charged $5.00 per day.
Efficiency Water View Room
The ten motel units have full or partial bay exposure. Unit #31 has a panoramic view with king bed, sliding glass door and private terrace. The other units have one double bed and sofa bed. Each room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker and TV with HBO. All motel units have individually controlled electric heat. Picnic tables are places near the pool overlooking the water.
To round out the accommodations, there are five double rooms in the main house. These are moderately priced rooms. Two rooms on the ground floor share a bathroom. On the second floor #14 has a king bed, sliding glass door, private bath and deck giving a magnificent view of Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay. To watch the sunset from this vantage point is to remember it!
